In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage data extraction and reporting tools for improvement projects
• Perform complex data queries and analyses
• Acquire and maintain primary and secondary data sources
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual data reporting
• Visualize data using graphs and infographics
• Collaborate with department leaders for regulatory compliance and process improvement
• Prioritize data requests with the Population Health team
• Research and improve workflows for best practice recommendations

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced skills in SQL for data mining and analysis
• Proficiency in programming with SQL, Python, or R
• Knowledge of quality reporting and clinical standards
• Ability to communicate complex data findings professionally
