Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to connect with business data stewards, advancing data policies across data systems. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing organizational data literacy by promoting the use of BI tools like Domo, engaging with teams across various levels to support data-driven decision-making.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Act as a Domo expert to assist business data stewards in creating analyses and reports.
- Facilitate meetings to enhance data literacy and support BI processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to incorporate analytic needs into major projects.
- Work with business users for the creation of reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Create and maintain business documentation such as data dictionaries and glossaries.
- Work with the BI team on prototype reports and analysis.
- Participate in the development of BI data analytics programs.
- Implement user-focused tools for self-service data access.
- Guide business data stewards on data strategy.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5 years of experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau.
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL and Domo.
