In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards for engagement analytics and financial reporting.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting systems and validate transactions.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to enhance data models and reporting frameworks.
• Automate reconciliation reporting processes to align financial data with program activities.
• Analyze spending patterns and incentive effectiveness to optimize consumer engagement strategies.
• Create executive-level dashboards offering real-time performance insights.
• Implement data governance best practices for compliance with industry standards.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
