T-Mobile offers a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned data science professional to join their Media Analytics team. The Principal Data Scientist will spearhead the creation and advancement of machine learning and AI models to enhance media spending efficiency and business outcomes. This position requires collaboration across teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic marketing decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and refinement of attribution models for media investment impact measurement.
  • Advance causal inference techniques to enhance media measurement.
  • Develop forecasting models for marketing performance and budget impact prediction.
  • Enhance ad testing methodologies, including A/B and incrementality testing.
  • Collaborate with various teams to translate model insights into business strategies.
  • Optimize media spend using AI-driven decision-making.
  • Drive AI and ML innovations for marketing measurement.
  • Work with data engineers to scale and automate model deployment.

This role requires you to have:

  • Proven experience in marketing and media analytics, focusing on attribution modeling.
  • Strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with experimental design and incrementality testing.
  • Ability to communicate complex data science concepts effectively.
  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
