Joining the Corporate ESG Strategy & Sustainability team, the Senior ESG Data & Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in promoting responsible business practices. The position demands expertise in ESG data management, collection, and reporting to support T-Mobile’s strategic ESG goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Curate ESG data and disclosures to maintain a central source of truth.
  • Lead the development of an ESG data management system and facilitate team training.
  • Collaborate with data platform vendors to align platform capabilities with business needs.
  • Manage ESG data reporting needs, including annual reports and progress updates.
  • Develop and document an ESG data governance framework.
  • Provide data insights to support ESG strategic decisions.
  • Serve as an advisor for internal partners on ESG data and metrics creation.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and developments in ESG.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Sustainability.
  • 4-7 years in data management with 2-4 years focused on ESG.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations.
  • Experience managing ESG reporting solutions and data assurance.
  • Proficient in data management and analytics problem solving.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
