- Manage and optimize relational databases for performance and storage.
- Architect and manage data marts or lakes for analytics and reporting.
- Monitor data quality and implement validation rules.
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and minimal latency.
- Design scalable data systems for growing data needs.
- Collaborate with peers to deliver systems supporting analytics and machine learning.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data engineering or software engineering with a focus on building data pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL tools, and data integration.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with scripting languages like GraphQL or Powershell.
