The Sr. Analyst, Data Analytics role exists to support the Tapestry Analytics group by leveraging data science to drive financial results and enhance customer experiences across its global brands.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consult with cross-functional partners to design data-driven analyses and strategies.
• Perform large-scale data analyses to extract business insights.
• Translate data analyses into actionable business solutions.
• Design and develop data visualizations to convey data insights.
• Gather business requirements for data science tools and models.
• Maintain ongoing metrics and dashboards to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data science teams to innovate data solutions.
• Communicate findings to leadership-level business partners.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consulting.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Hands-on analytics experience with Python or R.
• Advanced skills with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
