TapestryHealth is recruiting a skilled Data Engineer to join their expanding development team. The role focuses on enhancing data architecture and optimizing data flow for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers to ensure consistent, optimal data delivery across projects. This position is crucial for redesigning data systems for future products and initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipeline architecture, defining and managing ETL processes.
• Assemble large, complex data sets for business requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automating tasks and optimizing infrastructure.
• Construct infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and Azure.
• Create analytics tools to generate insights into business metrics.
• Support technical issues related to data infrastructure for various teams.
• Ensure data security across multiple data centers.
• Develop tools for analytics and data science teams to optimize products.
• Collaborate with data experts to enhance data system functionality.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to build and optimize data pipelines and architectures.
• Programming proficiency to develop ETL code.
• Strong analytic skills with unstructured datasets.
• Experience in database administration and maintenance.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with NoSQL and experience with analytics tools like Power BI.
• Experience with big data tools and distributed SQL such as Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Java, C++, Scala, or Go.

Candidates are expected to have over 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a graduate degree in a relevant quantitative field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
