As part of the Digital Analytics and Insights group, the Sr Data Analyst role is crucial in empowering Target’s retail strategies through advanced analytics and insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize technical expertise to support marketplace leaders and identify performance drivers.
• Develop self-service reports using visualization tools such as Domo, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Analyze business performance root causes and communicate insights to leadership.
• Collaborate across digital functions to enhance financial outcomes.
• Partner with data engineering to expand reporting capabilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with digital and clickstream data analytics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
