They are searching for a Data Analyst II to enhance their reporting precision and support key management decisions. The role involves substantial data analysis and modeling to aid in the development of reports and solutions for ongoing operational questions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory analysis on large datasets.
• Utilize statistical analysis to address business inquiries.
• Present synthesized analysis results and recommendations to management.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc reports for corporate needs.
• Research and construct statistical models for operations.
• Design data collection tools such as spreadsheets and databases.
• Compile, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Interpret data accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate project activities within deadlines.
• Maintain and review monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Respond to data requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate professionally with management and staff on data analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in healthcare management or in data management roles.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and survey design.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SPSS.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
