Data Management Analyst

TCW is looking for a Data Management Analyst who will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of security and issuer data sets, which support the company's investment, accounting, and compliance operations. The role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international securities, with an emphasis on structured fixed income products. The selected candidate will work closely with the Investment Management Team and liaise with several departments to resolve data-related issues.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor Aladdin Dashboard for securities acquisition and reconciliation.
• Perform data analysis to enhance data quality and presentation.
• Maintain accurate data output for reconciliation, trading, and settlements.
• Act as a resource for data inquiries and troubleshoot asset discrepancies.
• Interface with Bloomberg for data issue resolution.
• Contribute to system enhancement projects and efficiency improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Fixed Income securities.
• 2-5 years in managing Security Master data for Investment Management.
• Understanding of asset management industry trading, compliance, and settlement processes.
• Experience with fixed income and equity securities globally.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency with Aladdin, SQL Snowflake, SharePoint, Jira, and K2.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Bloomberg API.

The role requires participation in weekend IT upgrades a few times per year.
