The Product Analyst Fraud role exists to help protect the credit union and its members from fraud, leveraging technology, analytics, and a collaborative mindset across business teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor suspicious transaction activities using technology alerts.
• Analyze data to identify and address fraudulent behaviors.
• Document incident root causes and create solutions.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements for fraud prevention.
• Manage fraud technology tasks, including vendor interactions.
• Report on fraud technology performance and suggest improvements.
• Perform application administration, policy configuration, and tool validation.
• Support and enhance fraud prevention solutions implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud prevention capabilities.
• Maintain industry knowledge of fraud prevention technologies.

This role requires you to have:

• Understanding of Fraud Technology architecture
• Experience with Enterprise Fraud initiatives
• Knowledge of payment processes (P2P, A2A, Bill Payments, etc.)
• Blending of techno-functional expertise with Fraud Prevention
• Project management experience in an Agile setting
• Excellent communication skills
