In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support scheduling for Video and Live observation projects.
• Intake and manage new scheduling data.
• Collaborate with Project Teams and clients for precise scheduling communications.
• Analyze observation data and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Utilize digital technologies to process diverse data sources.
• Develop tools for monitoring data quality and security.
• Identify and implement service delivery efficiencies through automation.
• Provide multi-project support and generate reports as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in math or computer science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including scripting abilities
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
