TechEnrich LLC is looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst to join the Permit Transformation Program team. This role involves working within a complex, multi-platform data environment to standardize shared data entities and attributes. The position requires providing insights to other analysts and developers, as well as expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze and lead data analysis projects across the DEQ enterprise.
- Provide insight into the creation of an enterprise data model.
- Offer subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.
- Collaborate with data architects and application developers.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with Azure Data Factory as an ETL tool.
- Experience with MS Dataverse.
- Experience with MS SSIS.
- Ability to solve real-world problems using data.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MS Access.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data mining.
- Experience in data modeling and SQL logic.
- Proficiency in ERD/Data Modelling tools.
- Experience in Agile/Hybrid environments.
- Technical adaptability and learning new technologies.
