The Advanced Analytics team supports Navy Medicine’s mission by solving challenges related to force readiness and healthcare management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, managers, and technical teams to define program objectives.
• Lead and manage a team in developing long-term analysis products and responding to specific requests.
• Prepare and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in a collaborative team environment.
• Author technical reports and ensure accuracy in team products.
• Oversee team performance and professional growth following Teledyne's workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience, including three years in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills for goal and outcome elicitation

• Five years of experience in operations research, statistics, or data science
• Strong foundation in analytic techniques such as statistics and machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL

• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
