In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes to boost market engagement and adapt to government initiatives.
• Collect, validate, and structure datasets related to performance metrics and lead generation.
• Prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including contact trends and workload forecasting.
• Track lead sources and update performance metrics for each.
• Adapt analysis efforts to accommodate government surge periods.

This role requires you to have:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience in data collection, validation, and analysis
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
• Experience in creating reports and visualizing data trends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
