In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a data insights and measurement program.
• Collaborate with program managers and teams to drive accessibility data improvements.
• Create and update metrics demonstrating accessibility feature effects on user growth and sentiment.
• Identify and integrate data from various sources to assess Pixel accessibility.
• Analyze engineering and competitor metrics to refine accessibility features.
• Extract insights from user studies and other sources to influence design decisions.
• Define and measure performance metrics linked to user experience and product performance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to succinctly communicate data insights.
• Promote scalable methodologies for accessibility measurement across Pixel products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for inclusive design.
