The Senior Data Analyst role exists to support government customers and internal teams with data-driven insights and visualization tools, using Power BI to drive strategic decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze technical and statistical data for reports and briefings.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create actionable data elements.
• Utilize Power BI for dynamic dashboards and interactive reports.
• Optimize Power BI solutions with data models and DAX functions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models using SQL.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and maintain program documentation.
• Analyze and optimize ETL processes for efficient data management.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with government programs, especially for the Army.
• Knowledge of ETMS2 task management tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Microsoft SharePoint Online.
