Tesla's Material Planning group is crucial for ensuring the effective flow of production materials to factories and service centers. The Data Analyst in the Process and Analytics team will leverage data insights to support the increasing production volumes. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and requires strong knowledge of the Material Planning process and systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Define KPIs to track operational performance using data mining and analysis
  • Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets
  • Create reports and visualizations for decision-making
  • Drive improvements in supply chain operations
  • Support management with dashboards and analyses
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Contribute to system requirements and user testing

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in material planning or supply chain
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach
  • Experience with SQL for querying large data sets
  • Project management skills
