In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Reconcile and QA/QC application, invoice, and material use records for grant-funded programs.
• Generate and create detailed project reports using aggregated program data.
• Analyze, coordinate, and summarize financial data for grants.
• Perform data cleansing and report metrics for project management needs.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of financial documents and assist with federal and state grant reconciliation.
• Facilitate workflow automation via Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Develop project reports utilizing software like Microsoft PowerBI.
• Address and solve issues related to business end-user automation processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent detail orientation
• Advanced technical skills in Excel (preferably PowerPivot and PowerQuery)
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Capacity to multitask and meet strict deadlines

You would benefit from having:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or computer science
• Experience with federal grant funding
• Background in finance, accounting, data analytics, computer science, or business administration
