In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements for data analysis and develop technical specifications
• Deliver analysis solutions and identify data gaps and anomalies
• Coordinate data governance efforts with cross-functional teams
• Analyze the impact of program policies on automated systems
• Gather and assess user requirements to improve systems
• Conduct fit gap analysis and identify automation opportunities
• Prepare proposals for developing new systems
• Design and implement reports using tools like SSRS, Power BI, and Excel
• Implement defect management processes and support team direction
• Ensure data quality and develop data analytics strategies

This role requires you to have:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Three years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis, SQL, Business requirements gathering, or BI reporting
• Willingness to work in downtown Austin once a week as needed
