In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Compile and query data using SQL and SAS, identifying data anomalies and gaps.
- Prepare comprehensive reports from multiple data sources to interpret trends.
- Support enhancement of the case management system and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain the Case Management System User Guide and provide training.
- Analyze program expenditures and service delivery trends.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four years experience in data analysis using SQL and SAS.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze data trends.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Excel.
You would benefit from having:
- Certification in SQL or SAS.
- Experience managing shared Microsoft Outlook inbox.
- Experience maintaining web-based applications.
