TextNow, a company dedicated to innovation, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join their Business Analytics team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition and retention through deep insights and analytics, reporting directly to the Head of Data Science & Analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and recommend metrics for Ads product offerings.
• Enable advertisers to achieve business results through insights and measurement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business KPIs.
• Independently conduct analyses to support decision making and business prioritization.
• Execute experimentation roadmaps, monitor results, and present recommendations.
• Share actionable insights with leadership through written and verbal reports.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS in a quantitative field; MS preferred.
• 3+ years in business or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard development.
• Experimentation and basic statistical knowledge.
