Staff Data Analyst, Core Experience

TextNow is searching for a skilled Staff Data Analyst to support their growth. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide crucial analytics and insights, enabling the creation of a high-quality, intuitive consumer app that allows seamless communication without cost or complexity barriers.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user pain points through quantitative methods.
• Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business KPIs and metrics.
• Independently conduct analyses to build recommendations for decision making and business prioritization.
• Implement experiments and tests, monitor results, and present recommendations following the experimentation roadmap.
• Generate and share actionable insights with Director+ level leadership through written artifacts and verbal communication in meetings.

This role requires you to have:

• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline such as Math, Computer Science, Economics, or Analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in business/product analytics with large, multi-dimensional datasets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting and transforming data from Snowflake warehouse.
• Experience in designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests) and basic statistics.

• Familiarity with analytic methods like regression, decision trees, and forecasting.
