In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop proprietary algorithms to support HR value creation and enhance decision-making via advanced analytics.
- Cleanse and transform complex data into business solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Implement process improvements and automation tools across HR operations for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee project life cycles, ensuring progress and accountability, and support recruitment and training initiatives.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Relations and/or Data Science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Spark, Scala, Java.
- Expertise in probability, statistics, operations research, and deep learning.
- Strong leadership, analytic, and communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Workday and other HR systems.
