In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop proprietary algorithms to support HR value creation and enhance decision-making via advanced analytics.
• Cleanse and transform complex data into business solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and automation tools across HR operations for enhanced efficiency.
• Oversee project life cycles, ensuring progress and accountability, and support recruitment and training initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Relations and/or Data Science.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Spark, Scala, Java.
• Expertise in probability, statistics, operations research, and deep learning.
• Strong leadership, analytic, and communication skills.
