The Carolyn E. Wylie Center is looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join their Disaster Case Management Program team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that data processes are streamlined and accurate, to effectively support the program. The analyst will join a dynamic environment focused on helping individuals and families recover from disasters.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure confidentiality of all client and survivor information.
• Develop and optimize data entry processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, seeking IT help as needed.
• Enter DCMP case data into online databases.
• Generate ad-hoc reports from databases.
• Support non-case file data entry as requested.
• Prepare program reports and correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems and program files.
• Participate in regular meetings with supervisors.
• Attend agency training sessions and meetings.
• Manage data lists using Microsoft Excel and Google platforms.
• Produce statistical reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Substantial computer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use de-escalation techniques and trauma informed care.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with harm reduction and motivational interviewing concepts.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
