Jr. Data Analyst

The Cervantes Group is in search of a Jr. Data Analyst to act as a crucial link between technical teams and clientele. This role focuses on evaluating business data related to customer operations. The analyst will be responsible for creating detailed reports and dashboards to aid in strategic business decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to interpret and present results using PowerBI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with various teams to support accurate data processing for the Customer Operations Team.
• Develop reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Build business cases with financial models using analytical tools.
• Communicate findings with teams and clients, ensuring strategic insights are understood.
• Document and transfer knowledge of business requirements in Agile environments.
• Provide project updates to management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with BI technologies such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL queries.

Candidates must have the ability to commute to San Juan, PR and hold a Bachelor's degree. Regular interaction with project management and development teams is required.
