The Chicago Housing Authority is seeking an Analyst for Data and Impact to join their Resident Services Division. This vital role will contribute to shaping strategies and guiding decisions through meticulous data management and analysis. Collaborating closely with program teams, the position focuses on developing systems that enhance data literacy and storytelling, ultimately improving the division's outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection, summarize initial data, and prepare reports to support goal-setting.
• Organize goal-setting materials and maintain strategic documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule quarterly meetings, manage invitations, and logistics.
• Conduct audits on data processes, propose optimization solutions, and lead tool development.
• Manage data requests and develop dashboards for reporting.
• Draft communication materials, manage schedules, and support content development.
• Collaborate internally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Occasionally work outside regular hours and perform additional duties as required.

• Data analysis experience

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with at least two years' background in non-profit, research, policy, or government environments. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities and maintain confidentiality while working independently or within a team.
