As part of their Business Intelligence department, the Data Analyst plays a key role in analyzing data from the bank's core systems to support all business lines and foster exceptional experiences. This hybrid role requires multiple onsite days each week in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Compile, generate, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and produce reports for business units in an understandable format.
• Evaluate product trends and demographics for optimized marketing.
• Create forecasting models for strategic decisions.
• Ensure comprehensive data analysis in reports.
• Collaborate on reports for management and administration.
• Analyze branch financial performance against budgets.
• Prepare retail analytics presentations.
• Produce periodic reports as needed.
• Support the Business Intelligence Team in data-driven decision-making.
