In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and process performance data for quality measurement across the organization
• Manage QIOM administrative tasks and client satisfaction monitoring
• Support quality control processes for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with team members for ongoing data management
• Conduct audits and reviews to gather performance data
• Utilize data management tools to organize information
• Perform quality monitoring and reporting activities
• Support accreditation, reporting, and contract-related quality activities
• Administer client satisfaction data acquisition processes
• Handle complaint log management and documentation
