In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Achieve profit and growth targets for the E&S Binding Product Management team.
- Collaborate with Product Development Directors to develop strategic visions for market expansion.
- Analyze production and profit trends independently and present findings to key partners.
- Work with the Small Commercial Analytics Office to establish data requirements.
- Incorporate comprehensive information to make holistic recommendations.
- Ensure strategies are aligned with geography-specific data for competitiveness.

This role requires you to have:
- P&C insurance industry experience of 3+ years or equivalent analytical experience.

- Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis.
