This role as Sr. Staff Data Engineer in the DAO is pivotal in driving innovation, focusing on data domains and products to derive insights. The position requires energetic leadership to navigate complex data environments and foster a data-centric culture.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Revamp and execute transformation plans using AWS, Python, and Snowflake to resolve tech stack issues.
• Aggregate and integrate complex data from various platforms to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop end-to-end generative AI pipelines.
• Optimize Agentic Workflows and RAG architectures.
• Uphold data governance, security, and quality principles.
• Leverage machine learning technologies for analytical solutions.
• Guide the migration of reporting assets to Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data teams for testing and tool advancement.
• Maintain data analytics tools for AI and ML use cases.
• Explore and utilize new data technologies and best practices.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects independently.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• At least 2 years of data engineering experience
• Knowledge of ETL tools
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with DevOps tools
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Cloud technology knowledge, such as AWS
