The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, a nonprofit advancing military medicine, is looking for a Data Analyst II to join their team. This role supports the Center for Rehabilitation Sciences Research at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. The Foundation provides essential administrative support to help military researchers achieve their goals.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Import, clean, transform, and validate data for public health conclusions.
- Perform statistical modeling with study data or real-world evidence.
- Make data accessible to various stakeholders.
- Identify and solve data integrity issues.
- Troubleshoot database records and coordinate with data managers.
- Engage in projects such as data normalization and quality assurance.
- Attend and participate in required training.

- Knowledge of data cleansing and migration techniques.
- Proficient analytical skills and data modeling experience.
- Experience with SAS and SAS Macros.

- Experience with Military Health System Data Repository.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding.
