Analyst, Sustainability Data & Insights

The Hershey Company is seeking a dedicated analyst to join their Sustainability Data & Insights team. This role is essential for converting diverse data sources into actionable insights through analytics and reporting. The position collaborates with multiple departments, focusing on sustainability impacts and data security.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and manage sustainability data sources across the organization.
• Perform complex analyses on environmental and social impact data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and ArcGIS.
• Coordinate data systems access and integration with IS department.
• Support new sustainability software implementations.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience with data management and analysis from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including advanced Excel skills.
