In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Build and configure complex product experiences with proprietary software.
- Act as a subject matter expert to enhance platform functionality.
- Lead projects, manage communications, and solve issues across departments and vendors.
- Train team members on product knowledge and platform capabilities.
