The Pasha Group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to provide technological support across multiple business units. This role is integral to improving operations through innovative technology solutions and effective project management. The team focuses on enhancing business applications and ensuring seamless day-to-day support.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to implement technology solutions.
- Lead and manage implementation and enhancement projects.
- Create detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Design and maintain complex reporting systems.
- Document business processes and create user guides.
- Deliver customer training and post-implementation support.
- Decipher and execute SQL scripts.
