In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including technical, functional, and business elements.
• Act as a liaison between Change Management, Design, Software Development, and the Call Center.
• Oversee multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Test various software applications to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
