In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including technical, functional, and business aspects.
- Serve as the liaison between cross-functional teams such as Change Management, Design, Development, and Call Center.
- Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Test software applications to ensure quality and alignment with client business goals.
