The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance decision-making capabilities through robust data management and analysis. This role involves supporting the District and external clients by developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data systems, reports, and dashboards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Fulfill data requests for management and external organizations.
  • Design and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical data reports.
  • Provide end-user support for database issues.
  • Create reports using the District's data warehouse.
  • Develop reporting tools for academic and climate indicators.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree program completion or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of professional experience with database technology and data analysis.

You would benefit from having:

  • Knowledge of databases such as Filemaker Pro, MS Excel, MS Access.
  • Ability to create reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and applied statistics.
