This role is instrumental in delivering detailed business and system analysis artifacts while aligning with agile methodologies such as Scrum. The team focuses on producing high-quality data solutions and maintaining product and sprint backlogs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver business and systems analysis artifacts
• Maintain and organize product and sprint backlogs
• Translate client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories
• Define acceptance criteria and manage acceptance process with development teams

• Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts
• 10 years of business and systems analysis experience
• 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst with Scrum knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Application Lifecycle Management experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication

You would benefit from having:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• PMI - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
• PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like Test Complete, Cucumber, or Selenium

This role requires a full 40-hour workweek on-site from Monday to Friday.
