This pivotal role offers the chance to engage in strategic initiatives, working closely with the Supply Chain Analytics Manager. The position is crucial for providing comprehensive analytics and data-driven insights throughout various health system operations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Perform professional, clinical, and technical competencies as required.
- Support initiatives via data analysis and visualization development.
- Assist in the planning and design of data analytic projects.
- Develop tools and standard templates for continuous improvement projects.
- Define data standards and definitions.
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams regarding project results and data analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis for cost-saving initiatives.
- Gather data to produce accurate and timely analytics for department leaders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain analytics tools and methodologies.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience with data sets to access, extract, transform and manipulate data.
- 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting in a healthcare environment.
You would benefit from having:
- 4+ years experience analyzing and visualizing data.
- Proficiency with SSMS, SSRS, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL or similar query languages.
- Familiarity with Vizient products, GPOs, tier structures, and contract compliance.
