In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect, evaluate, and prepare complex statistical data.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring quality control.
- Assist in developing measurement systems and perform data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records for permit sales and schedules.
- Support and monitor annual parking services processes.
- Oversee parking-related projects and manage permit inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain consistency.
- Provide outstanding customer service to the university community.

This role requires you to have:
- High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
