The Walt Disney Company, specifically within Disney Entertainment, is expanding its Audience Modeling and Data Science capabilities. This role exists to support data-driven initiatives across Disney Advertising Sales teams, leveraging data analysis to improve ad targeting results. The team aims to drive innovation in audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Handle data-driven sales requests for agency and client partners in response to RFIs and RFPs.
- Communicate market and client needs based on campaign performance and industry trends to the team.
- Assist in troubleshooting technology platforms including BlueKai, LiveRamp, Clypd, GAM, Tableau, Neustar, Salesforce.
- Provide support for department clients requesting data summaries and reports.
- Manage relationships and deliverables with business partners independently.
- Support education and sales on Audience Modeling and Data Science capabilities.
- Focus on continuous process improvement through automation.

This role requires you to have:
- B.A./B.S. in a quantitative field.
- 2+ years experience in data-driven ad business, data science, or analytics.
- Strong experience in Excel and moderate in PowerPoint/Keynote.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Organizational skills to prioritize multiple requests.
You would benefit from having:
- Exposure to data platforms like LiveRamp, Neustar, Oracle.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
