In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop deep insights into customer behaviors and retention drivers

- Monitor churn rates and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop dashboards to track key engagement and retention KPIs
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across systems

- Analyze engagement campaigns and provide recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and advise leadership on trends

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, focusing on engagement and retention
- Expertise in subscription metrics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Ability to multitask and manage project priorities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
