The Wolf Works LLC seeks a BI Analyst to advance their reporting capabilities. This role involves optimizing reporting infrastructure and collaborating with teams to provide actionable insights. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling data accuracy and visualization effectiveness.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize BI dashboards and reports using QlikSense and Tableau.
• Ensure high performance of reporting infrastructure and manage usability.
• Build codebases for reporting automation and UI development.
• Transform complex data into insights in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes for data accuracy and integrity.
• Support KPI tracking and business metric analysis for improved decision-making.
• Create front-end UI components for data visualization dashboards.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in BI analysis, data analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, QlikSense, and optionally Tableau.
• Expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
• Ability to build reporting pipelines for automated insights.
• Understanding of data modeling, database structures, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Problem-solving skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively.
