The role involves supporting business and system requirements by providing validation expertise for software systems. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality and compliance of laboratory and software operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide business and system support for software systems and laboratory instruments.
• Facilitate the validation and implementation of software upgrades, ensuring compliance with performance qualification standards.
• Participate in project meetings, provide feedback on timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare validation plans, test cases, and summary reports while executing test scripts.
• Review, approve, and manage change controls aligned with standard operating procedures.
• Produce evidence through test scripts to confirm software functionality and reliability.
• Manage assignments to meet deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Assist in identifying user requirements and system design preparations.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials processes and SDLC.
• Effective organizational skills and adaptability.
