The Sr Data Analyst role is vital in supporting Marketing and Sales Rep Enablement by providing data-driven insights for strategic and revenue growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Expand Data Science Marketing capabilities, including Sales Rep Enablement, Email, Web, and Social media.
• Translate business objectives into actionable development plans.
• Manage commercial play analysis and development in Eloqua/SFDC.
• Lead segmentation play analysis and create performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers for content development.
• Ensure system compliance through routine testing of Eloqua, SFDC, and PBI Analytics.
• Engage with Data Science teams to educate and implement feedback.
• Use statistical skills to translate data into business process enhancements.
• Develop solutions with advanced statistical methods for marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market growth opportunities.
• Analyze large datasets for decision making and report generation.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate play expansion opportunities.
• Define key performance indicators to evaluate program success.
• Improve existing tools and processes through refinement and automation.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support commercial inquiries.

• Proficiency in SQL Server
• Expertise in Python
• Experience with visualization tools
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
