The company seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to examine and interpret customer journey data, advancing understanding and promoting customer loyalty. The role is part of the Enterprise Client Experience team, dealing with complex data analysis and providing strategic insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to define analytics use cases aimed at enhancing customer loyalty.
- Gather and define requirements for analytics models and dashboards.
- Prepare data for analysis utilizing SQL and Python for ETL, visualization, and reporting.
- Apply statistical methodologies for developing customer loyalty insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure actionable insights are implementable.
- Lead projects and mentor junior analysts.
- Document current and future business processes.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in financial services or analytics roles or 4+ years in actuarial roles.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, R.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
- Intermediate skills in experimental design and impact assessment.
- Strong business acumen with insurance or investment knowledge.
- Ability to convey insights effectively to various audiences.
