In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the TikTok music ecosystem, its users, data infrastructure, and business objectives.
• Analyze high-volume, complex data from multiple sources using diverse tools and techniques.
• Utilize TikTok user data to strengthen sales and product development for artist services.
• Evaluate data source quality for key metric calculations and create compelling self-service dashboards and tools.
• Identify gaps in project directions and recommend improvements.
• Occasionally plan and facilitate stakeholder requirements sessions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years experience in tech companies.
• Strong data analytical skills, especially in SQL data ETL and data visualization.
• Ability to build predictive models and conduct A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and project management skills.
