The Global Business Marketing team seeks a Data Analyst to support the TikTok Marketing Partners Program by advancing strategies and building strong partnerships.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Establish team-wide KPIs and monitor partner performance with leadership
  • Enhance or build new data sets with data engineers
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover key value drivers and growth opportunities
  • Maintain reporting, dashboards, and intelligence assets
  • Drive the TikTok Marketing Partners Program's strategy with data and analytics
  • Enable data-driven decision-making with cross-functional partners
  • Develop creative analyses to extract actionable ideas and insights
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other teams

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, data science, business analytics/management, engineering, computer science or other quantitative majors
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, management consulting, strategy, business development, data science, or finance/accounting
  • Proficiency in SQL, R or Python
  • Expertise in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI
